What’s the difference between an Account User and Guest User?

An Account User is someone you invite to share administration privileges and permissions on the account. They have access to all the content in the account library and can create collections, set collection logins, pick images for branding collections etc., just like you, the account manager.

A Guest User is someone you only invite to share access to a collection. They can’t see anything except the specific collection they’ve been invited to view. The login you set for that collection only works for that collection, so they can’t use it to get into any other collections.

In fact, the only privileges a Guest User has are the ones set by you: download and/or upload files to the collection; or preview only.
